I am a registered chiropractor and personal trainer based at Jetts Fitness, St Leonards. I hold a Master of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (overseas), along with a Certificate IV in Fitness.
With a background in physiotherapy, chiropractic and strength training, I have developed strong experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. My approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with structured rehabilitation and strength training.
I work with people experiencing joint and spinal pain, postural issues, and training-related injuries. My focus is on reducing pain and improving joint mobility, while also rebuilding strength, correcting posture, and enhancing overall movement quality.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, returning to the gym, or simply wanting to move better, my aim is to help you stay active, regain confidence in your body and movement, and return to exercise without fear of re-injury.
